MBCP- Mindful childbirth education
MBCP is a life changing course for expectant couples/mothers. Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention to the present moment non-judgmentally. This is a concept that is deeply rooted in a Torah life.

Mommy & Me /postnatal yoga
Mommy-and-me yoga has many pros for the mommy and baby:-A safe and structured way to engage with your baby while getting your blood flowing, taught by a trained instructor.
-Any kind of yoga gives you an opportunity to nourish and care for your body through focused stretches and mindful breathing exercises, which is especially important after carrying a baby for nine months and then giving birth!
-Stretch and strengthen the muscles that need the most: restore your core, pelvic floor, feel the relief of chest-opening poses, and more.
