MBCP- Mindfulness- Based Childbirth and Parenting

MBCP is an evidence- based course for expectant parents that includes the physiology of childbirth, working with pain during labor, positions for birthing & yoga, breastfeeding, parenting a newborn, and using mindfulness skills during pregnancy, birth, and parenting.
